BEFORE YOU SEND

The painting scope check.

A useful painting estimate specifies preparation, surfaces, coating system and access—not just room count.

Open the five questions to check before quoting
  1. Which surfaces and measured areas will be painted?
  2. What patching, sanding, priming and protection are included?
  3. Which paint product, finish, colors and number of coats are specified?
  4. What height, ladder access and furniture moving are required?
  5. Are trim, doors, ceilings, exterior surfaces and repairs included or excluded?

Keep confirmed measurements, photos and exclusions with the project. Resolve unknowns before committing to a fixed price.
