PropertyPromoKit app support
PropertyPromoKit includes an online contractor workspace and offline field tools. The workspace offers projects, customers, private photos, AI estimates, quotes, invoices, schedules, checklists, customer approvals, crew access, job margins, time records, price book, reports, accounting exports and business settings. Sign in with your existing account. Offline field notes, photos and draft estimates do not require an account.
Where are my jobs?
Online workspace jobs are associated with your signed-in account and require saving changes. Offline field records are stored on the device where you created them. They do not automatically sync to your online PropertyPromoKit workspace or another device. Export important reports before clearing storage or uninstalling the app.
Opening the workspace
Use Workspace to open the complete online tools inside the app. Choose a section directly or use Workspace section to move between tools. Save before returning to field notes. If sign-in cannot complete, use the website in your regular browser and contact support with the device model; do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Photos and reports
If the camera is unavailable, check camera permission in your device's settings or use Choose photo. PDF reports include the job's notes, estimates and photos. Review the PDF before sending it to a customer.
Delete app data
To delete one job, open it and choose Delete job. To delete all local job records, open Settings and choose Delete all local records. Already exported reports must be deleted from the destination where you saved them. Request deletion of your online account and associated data on the account deletion page. This does not automatically delete offline records.

Connected-workspace tools
- Reusable job packages: Save labor/material work items together; scale quantities and review additional material waste.
- Drawing measurements and revisions: Manually calibrate PDF/JPG/PNG plans for area, length and counts. Save private drawing versions and compare them side by side.
- Selectable upgrades and quote expiry: Customers choose offered extras before accepting. Approved choices determine PDF and invoice totals; expired quotes require renewal.
- Allowances and selections: Track finish budgets, choices and differences. Shared summaries are snapshots; adjustments require an updated quote or change request.
- Follow-up and service reminders: Record due dates and notes; review and authorize each customer follow-up. Stop project follow-ups when requested.
- Material shopping and supplier bids: Record supplier/SKU/source/checked-date evidence, round purchasing packs and export shopping CSVs or purchase-order drafts. Compare supplier/subcontractor quotes.
- Daily logs and expense records: Record crew, weather, work, issues, cost codes and receipt references. Apply reviewed expense totals without double counting.
- Milestone invoices: Prepare stage payments from approved quotes; duplicate and remaining-balance guards protect conversion.
- Checklist photo evidence: Require photos for chosen tasks; owners and assigned crew can attach project evidence before completion.
- Appointment requests: Customers submit preferred dates and time windows. Availability and service area need contractor confirmation.
- Currency and number formats: Choose supported job currency before entering financial records. No exchange conversion; automated pricing and US QuickBooks invoice import remain USD-only.
These features are delivered through the online workspace. Local offline tools remain separate and do not automatically sync. See capabilities and limits.
