PropertyPromoKit app privacy policy
Effective October 7, 2026. This policy applies to the PropertyPromoKit mobile app provided by Bryan Yerg.
Records on your device
The app stores job names, customer names, addresses you enter, notes, photos and draft estimates on your device. These records are not automatically uploaded to PropertyPromoKit or synchronized with your web account. Offline field tools have no account requirement, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, location access or contact access. The online workspace requires sign-in and an internet connection. Google Play reviewers can use separate review access with example sample records; this does not provide access to customer accounts.
Photos and permissions
The app uses your camera or system photo picker only when you choose to take or attach a photo. Selected photos become part of your local job record. You can decline camera access and continue using notes and estimates. The app does not automatically publish photos or save them to your public photo library.
Exports and sharing
When you export a report, the app creates a PDF containing the selected job's notes, estimates and attached photos. A temporary copy is stored in the app's cache for sharing. You choose whether and where to share it using your device's share controls. The recipient or app you choose receives the report and handles it under its own policies. Review customer details and photos before sharing.
Online workspace and support
The online workspace and public demo open propertypromokit.com inside the mobile app. Your sign-in session may persist so you can return to your account; use the workspace sign-out control when you finish on a shared device. The website processes account and workspace data under its website policies. Local field records are not automatically sent with that request. Online workspace edits are automatically saved to your account while you are connected. Check the save status before closing the workspace. The online workspace collects aggregate page-view counts described in the website policies, and may process your selected photos and voice recordings for estimating. Microphone access is requested only when you choose voice input. If you email support, we receive the information you include in the email. Do not send passwords or private access links.
Retention, deletion and security
Local records stay on the device until you delete a job, select Delete all local records in Settings, clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Export important reports first. Reports you already shared or saved outside the app must be deleted separately. Temporary shared reports may remain in the app cache until cleared by the operating system or removed when the app is uninstalled. Device protection depends on your device's security and operating-system safeguards; use a screen lock and avoid storing access codes or sensitive financial information in job notes. Offline field tools do not create a remote backup. Online account data is separate and can be deleted through the ownership-verified process in the website policies. Sign out of the online workspace separately when removing local records.
Children and updates
This is a business tool intended for adult contractors. It is not directed to children. We will update this policy if app data handling changes.

Email account sign-in
PropertyPromoKit stores your account email address, hashed verification records and hashed session tokens in Cloudflare-hosted storage. Resend delivers single-use codes that expire after 10 minutes. A secure session cookie can keep you signed in for up to 30 days; sign out on shared devices. A ChatGPT account is not required for new email accounts. Existing accounts can retain their previous sign-in.
