Contractor workspace
Contractor Solo is planned at $39 per month with a 14-day no-card trial. Subscription checkout is undergoing launch testing; current evaluation access does not start a charge. When checkout opens, subscribing charges the stated monthly price immediately and renews monthly until canceled. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Cancel through Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. After trial or subscription expiry, viewing and exports remain available while new saves, uploads and AI drafting require access. The software subscription is paid to PropertyPromoKit; it does not collect payments on a contractor’s behalf. Contractor job payments must use that contractor’s own payment account. Saved project records and private job photos are associated with your signed-in account. AI report drafts process your supplied scope, notes, tasks, and photo captions through OpenAI; this release does not inspect photo contents. Review outputs before sharing. Costs, margins, and payments depend on your own entries. Quotes and invoices are drafts; we do not collect customer payments or verify payment status.
Client hub and crew access
Customer project links share a saved snapshot of the selected project’s customer name, address, scope, itemized quote, terms, invoice amounts and entered balances. A saved report is included only when explicitly selected. Internal costs, margins, private owner notes and payment references are excluded. Anyone with the link can view the snapshot and submit a typed-name quote decision once. This does not verify identity, replace a contract or collect a payment. Shared quote scope and pricing are locked until its link is withdrawn. Invoice and report changes do not update an existing snapshot; withdraw and create a fresh version. Crew invitations require sign-in with the invited email and are bound to that account on acceptance. Up to five active invitations can view only assigned projects, checklists, visits, photos and field notes. Crew members can complete checklist items, add notes and upload JPG/PNG photos directly to assigned projects; they do not see quotes, costs, billing or customer contact fields. Workspace owners can revoke crew access immediately. Crew invitation and customer response records are retained for support and the project’s history.
Customer change responses
Change-request links disclose the business, project title, scope description, added customer price and requested schedule adjustment. They exclude internal costs and margins. Anyone with the link can submit a typed-name response; this does not verify identity and is not a verified electronic signature. Confirm the responder with your customer separately. You can withdraw a shared request from your workspace. Shared requests are snapshots; edited pricing requires a new request. Approval responses are retrieved when you check a response and used to update margin calculations when you save.
Previous one-time digital products
The $99 package covers one business/service brief or one property brief. It includes AI-personalized, editable content and PDF, text, HTML and selected-section graphic exports. A new brief requires another purchase. There is no subscription. The samples are editable templates, not a purchased AI-generated kit. Paid kits are generated after confirmed payment.
Delivery & review
After confirmed payment, your kit is prepared automatically and made available through a private order link. A delivery email is sent when the product is ready. Generation times vary. Keep your order link so you can return even if the email is delayed. Review every fact, placeholder, date, contact and instruction before sharing the materials. AI content can contain mistakes. The package does not include automatic posting, message sending, bookings, estimating, legal advice or electronic signatures. No sales, revenue or compliance outcome is guaranteed.
Use of materials
You may edit and reuse your purchased kit within your own business or for your own property. A resale or redistribution license is not included. You must have permission to use any photos, logos or text you supply. Do not submit confidential customer information, entry codes, card numbers or sensitive personal data.
Support & refunds
If generation fails, retry through your private order page without paying again. If the product remains unavailable, email support with the order reference so we can resolve delivery or arrange a refund for an undelivered product. Report duplicate charges or a material delivery problem to the same address. Completed digital products are not automatically refundable for a change of mind. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Information we use
We store your brief, receipt email, order status, generated content and uploaded files to prepare and deliver the product. The brief is processed by OpenAI. Stripe handles card details and payment processing; we do not collect card numbers. Resend sends delivery emails. The sites use Cloudflare-hosted storage through Sites. Signing in to a saved workspace associates those records with your signed-in account. Providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.
Private links & shared portals
A private order link is an access credential: anyone with the complete link can view that order. Uploaded file links are unlisted but accessible to anyone with their exact address. Portal links share a snapshot of the selected saved record; anyone with that link can open it on this public site until you revoke access. Review snapshot contents before sharing. Updates to the source record do not automatically update an existing snapshot.
Storage & deletion requests
Saved content is retained to let you return to your product or workspace. You can request deletion through support from your order email or signed-in account; we may need to verify ownership first. Payment and dispute records may be retained where needed for accounting or legal obligations. Download your files before requesting deletion.
Visitor measurement
We record aggregate page-view and navigation counts by day, public page, broad referral source and optional campaign label. We do not store visitor identifiers, full referring URLs or URL query strings in these analytics records, and do not use analytics cookies. Private order and portal pages are excluded. Counts are retained for up to 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable measurement. Counts represent page views, not unique people.
