Delete your PropertyPromoKit account
Request deletion of your PropertyPromoKit account and associated workspace, uploads and shared content. This does not delete your ChatGPT account. Deletion is handled by the site operator; submitting a request does not immediately erase data.
Allow up to 30 days for review and processing after ownership is verified. Records required for billing, disputes or legal obligations may be retained as described in our privacy policy. Export important records first.
Subscription: cancel recurring billing through Manage billing in your workspace. A pending deletion request does not cancel or pause a subscription. The operator will resolve subscription status before completing deletion.
Offline field records
Local phone records are separate. In the app, open Settings and select Delete all local records. Previously exported or shared files must be deleted separately.
