From job details to a customer quote

Describe the job. Create a project with a job name and the work to estimate. Include measurements; photos, notes and scheduling can be added later. Include preparation, materials, labor and exclusions. Keep customer information in your private workspace.
Build and review the draft. Open Estimates and add your work items. For optional AI help, open “help me build the estimate” and answer the scope questions. Review quantities, task descriptions and suggested prices against your suppliers and labor rates.
Check costs and presentation. Review private costs and job margins. Add your business contact details and logo in More tools → Business settings. Keep markup hidden from customers.
Download the estimate. Open Estimates and use Download estimate PDF for a branded PDF. Review it before sending. Approval and invoice steps can follow after the estimate is correct.
