What is Property Promo Kit?
Property Promo Kit is web-based contractor software for small remodeling and home-service crews. It combines reviewed AI estimate drafts, private job photos, customer proposals, invoices, schedules, crew notes and entered-cost job margins.
Can I create an estimate from job photos and voice notes?
Yes. Select your project photos and add spoken or typed notes. The AI workflow asks for missing scope details and drafts an editable estimate. Review measurements, assumptions, local pricing, exclusions and internal costs before sending it to a customer.
Does the public demo use live AI?
The public demo uses editable fictional examples and requires no account. Start the 14-day trial to use live AI with your own project.
How much does Property Promo Kit cost?
Contractor Solo costs $39 per month. The 14-day trial requires no card and does not automatically charge you. Completing subscription checkout starts paid monthly billing immediately.
Can I use my company logo on customer estimates?
Yes. Customer estimates and invoices support your company logo and contact details, itemized pricing and downloadable branded PDFs. The public demo lets you explore a fictional customer preview.
What can invited crew members access?
Invite up to five crew members to assigned projects. Crew members can view and upload job photos, complete checklists and leave field notes. They cannot view internal costs, margins, quotes or customer contact details.
Does Property Promo Kit collect customer payments?
Customer card collection is not included. You can record deposits and partial payments manually. Software subscription payments are separate from payments for your contracting jobs.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
The mobile apps are in development and are being prepared for app-store submission. Use the web product today; an app-store release is not yet promised.
Does it sync automatically with QuickBooks?
No. It provides downloadable CSV files for supported QuickBooks Online invoice imports and separate bookkeeping ledgers. Review compatibility and the exported data before importing.
Are estimate prices guaranteed?
No. Pricing research, saved rates and AI drafts require contractor review. Confirm your supplier prices, store location, measurements, labor rates, minimum charges and material grades before quoting.
